Organization Overview
Catalyzer is a veteran-owned, leadership development practice. Since 2011, we have worked regularly in the community banking space, building and delivering leadership programs, coaching community banking leaders, and supporting people-focused initiatives. We regularly provide leadership-focused sessions to state-level, community banking associations (Ohio, New York, South Carolina, Minnesota, Iowa, Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Colorado, etc.) and hope to expand that support to ICBND.
