The NDBBT is a self-funded benefits trust created as a solution to the increasing costs and challenges involved in providing quality health coverage to member banks and their employees. Our goal is to research benefit plan options in the areas of health, dental, vision and overall wellbeing to provide the best benefits at the lowest cost available to our members.
