The Lake Agassiz Certified Development Company (LACDC) was founded in 2004 specifically to administer the SBA 504 Program; a program to deliver fixed rate financing for real estate and equipment. Through its affiliated companies Lake Agassiz strives to always back North Dakota’s ambition.
