How can community banks succeed in attracting bank talent in a highly competitive marketplace? Attend the first Virtual Human Resources summit, hosted by the Independent Bankers Association of Texas, Independent Community Banks of North Dakota and a consortium of community banking organizations throughout the country.

The summit will be held in a four-part, live webinar series over the course of four days with each webinar lasting three hours. Sessions Include:

  • Employment Law Update
     Continuing Education: This seminar will provide nine CE credit nine hours. No prerequisites are required.

Dan Stern advises employers on labor and employment matters that include affirmative action plans, wage and hour issues, and discrimination and harassment claims. By recommending and developing effective employment policies and procedures, he helps clients reduce the risk of employment-related lawsuits.
