There’s more to being an RDFI than simply following the ODFI’s instructions.  Do you know how to handle exceptions – or how to identify them?  Real-world scenarios will teach you how to mitigate risk and loss.

AFTER THIS WEBINAR YOU’LL BE ABLE TO:

  • Identify your ACH Rules responsibilities as an RDFI
  • Employ troubleshooting tips for complex ACH challenges
  • Respond appropriately to RDFI ACH return and exception issues to mitigate potential risk and loss

WEBINAR DETAILS

Though an RDFI’s primary role in the ACH Network is to follow the ODFI’s instructions, there are unique processing situations that aren’t so cut and dried.  This webinar will provide real-world ACH exception scenarios and explain how you can mitigate the chances for risk and loss.  Learn to ask accountholders specific questions to determine the underlying problem and identify the applicable ACH Rules references for each issue.

This informative session is ideal for ACH operations staff, compliance staff, auditors, and staff with the AAP or APRP accreditation.
