 Susan Costonis        ABOUT THE PRESENTER – Jen Kirk, AAP, MBA, EPCOR

Jen Kirk is the VP of Education for EPCOR. She has been with EPCOR since 2002 and has presented at several national conferences on subjects such as Same Day ACH, faster payments, and payment system risks. Jen is EPCOR's liaison to NACHA’s Payments Innovation Alliance and previously served as a member of NACHA’s Rules and Operations Committee, Member Rules Review Panel, AAP Blue Ribbon Panel, Government Relations Advisory Board, and ACH Arbitration Board. She also co-chaired the National ACH Forum Education Committee. Jen obtained her AAP in 2003 and received an MBA from Ohio University in 2008.
