The Women in Community Banking Summit offered in the spring, and the Frontline Professional Sessions are offered in the fall, allows attendees to receive certification once they’ve attended two sessions in one calendar year. Annual re-certification requires attending one further session each calendar year. All Certified Frontline Professionals will receive a Certificate of Frontline Professional status each year they are certified.
