The Independent Community Banks of North Dakota, as a part of its obligation to serve community banks, operates and administers an extensive card services program.

The program is essentially divided into two areas. One area, the credit card program, allows community banks of all sizes to have their own Visa credit card program.

The second area of the card service program is the ATM program. This program allows member banks to have ATM cards, debit cards or a full-fledged ATM network.

We also offer a North Dakota "surcharge free" network. As a member of the North Dakota "surcharge free" network, you waive surcharges to customers of banks belonging to our network, while retaining the option to charge non-member customers who use your ATM's. click on our link to see what banks are participating.
