The ICBND credit
card program is administered by ICBND on behalf of Independent
Community Bank Services, Inc. The Independent Community Bank
Services, Inc. was formed in August, 1989 as a bank service
corporation for the Independent Community Banks. Until then,
independent banks could not compete effectively in the credit card
market. We provide participating banks with a comprehensive menu of

The credit
card program allows your bank to have its own Visa/MasterCard card
or merchant program. As the issuer, you manage the portfolio and
drive the program. Credit decisions, rates and fees are determined
by you. You hold your own receivables. All ICBS, Inc. credit card
member banks share in the expenses, which keeps the program expenses
